What is Health Coaching?

Health coaching incorporates coaching and mentoring to inspire and assist clients in reaching their health and wellness goals.

Health coaching incorporates mentoring – as the Health Coach has specialist knowledge in the specific area in which the client wants to improve (including, but not limited to, health and nutrition).

Health coaching helps clients to create a new and exciting lifestyle and enjoy an improved attitude to health. Clients approach Health Coaches when their health isn’t optimal:

  • when they feel exhausted
  • are gaining weight and finding it more difficult to lose
  • are struggling with hormonal issues
  • experiencing high blood pressure or cholesterol issues
  • poor sleep
  • low mood or anxiety
  • are pre-diabetic – the list goes on

Together the Health Coach and client establish a sustainable program that will work!
In order to understand your current health issues and your goals as well as to work through a new personalised plan, we will need to work together over a period of time.

A ‘one-off’ appointment is unlikely to help you. The length of your program will depend on your needs and what you want to achieve but may range from 4 weeks to 24 weeks so feel free to contact me for a free 30-minute Strategy Session.
